"I experienced a significant issue with a dealership recently. I purchased an SUV from them, and within two days, the starter failed, followed by a transmission malfunction. Despite my efforts to communicate with the dealership, they were unresponsive to my needs and proceeded to make the repairs using a reused transmission. -10. been waiting 3 months for a free oil change that they promised me. I leave messages they don't call back, or transfer me 3 times. I press for English it speaks Spanish which I dont understand and they hang up on me. also they were supposed to repair the back up camera and as soon as I hit a bump it went out again. which they charged me for repairs and had to gripe and threaten lawsuit to get them to reimburse me. then they charge for auto Insurance $240 a month for insurance that doesn't even meet dmv standards.
I'd rate them a Zero if I could. This place is an absolute scam . They sold me a complete Lemon (nice way of say POS car) of a car , I came back two day later because of how horrible it ran on the freeway it started surging and losing power. They told there was absolutely nothing they could do for me and that I should call the the complaint hotline and talk to the advocacy for a customers manager, which come to find out is nonexistent having hang up on me multiple times.
