Tri color has stolen my truck. After turning my 2015 gmc over to them for a warranty repair. They have had it for going on 7 weeks now. I have called weekly for updates and get placed on hold or hung up on . Today called and after being on hold for 2 hrs asked for the location of said truck, the CSR gave me an address. Called the location that supposedly has it and was given attitude and told we don't have your truck call service. Needless to say sat on hold again and rinse and repeat. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Very Shady Scams Here. They refuse to sell vehicles unless you sign up for financing if someone has the money to buy it they should be able. You advertise on sites like OfferUp and macari where people can buy things locally. Yet you're selling vehicles and other states and you don't give people the full price. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
I was thinking about buying a car. I was going to check these guys out but then I saw their signs. I am sorry I speak English not Spanish. when you cater to a small percentage of people and alienate the rest. Who would want to come buy from here. you do remember you are in America not mexico. Shameful!!!!! You did have a good selection of cars.
I've had nothing but problems with this dealership. In no way, shape or form should a person be forced to keep a vehicle they don't want, especially if they have only had it for less than 3 weeks. Communication problems all the way around. You won't ever get a straight answer. To talk to customer service you will be on hold for the better part of 15 minutes only to be told you will get a call back that never happens.
