I have been taking Lea to Gandy for several years and always have had a pleasant experience. Out of the blue, my 11 year old Shih-Tzu was in kidney failure. While some might agree that it would be time to put her down, Dr. Heinen and the staff tried everything they possibly could to save her. We were fortunate enough to allow Dr. Heinen to do anything possible. They have the most kind and caring staff. Today we had to make a very difficult decision and let go of our Sweetpea. Dr Hienen came in on his day off to be with us. The wonderful Jennifer came in to say goodbye. They made the experience so peaceful. We drive over 45 minutes so that our dogs can get the best care. We have been going to them for over 10 years. Thank you Gandy Animal hospital.
