Management are rude,Rent is way to high for these places to have a mice problem as well.No communicating with propety Manger.Have gay's males living there and gays girls and they act like there the only ones that belong there.They raise your rent after the first year.And it's way to high to begin with.And when you move they try and keep your deposit money to pay your utilities after you already paid them.People are crooks and they came in my apt after I put my notice in to move,when I wasn't home and that's illegal and left ... read more

Please read before you rent here. You can hear the noise from the highway. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. I had an electric outage Jan 2020 only my unit was out. I called maintenance they showed me how to flip the outside breaker to turn electic on every 30 min.(dangerous) I then decided to call maintenance back and pushed to get an electrician out that evening. The electrician fixed it the wires were fried on my unit only. It ruined the thermostat and my fridge and ruined my food. The total of food I lo... read more

A nice little condo neighborhood, less than 100 units. The inside spaces are nice and open, and they were built in 2017. All condos have an attached garage. Comes with all appliances except for washer and dryer, which there are connections for. Parking can be a tad limited, and some of the condos require you to walk all the way around the building to get to your front door. Has a pool! The place is nice but is easily infested with mice and ants which management refused to do anything about until we made numerous complaints. The management is overall horrid, they attempted to charge us back pay for our cats when we had got them that month and tried to notify them. The back pay was all the way at our first move in date that they were trying to charge which was 3 years of residency. Gross incompetence from Tammy specifically.

I am a resident for 1-1/2 years and am completely satisfied at Gantz Meadows. I have found management to be very responsive. The maintenance staff are excellent! Thorough, efficient, and pleasant. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The vaulted ceilings give such a sense of spaciousness. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
