GCR does a great job of overseeing their units and I would say that it would hard to find many that were any better kept. They work with there owners well to make sure people staying in the units have what they need for the stay. The pools and hot tubs are kept clean and working all the year. That is why we stay year after year with them and will continue in the future.

My family has been visiting Myrtle Beach and has used GCR for about 20 years now. We've only had one hiccup with a house we rented a couple years back and GCR was amazing with getting us a new house at no extra cost and helped save our vacation from being an unpleasant one.
