This is my 5th time booking a vacation with Garden City Realty. We usually stay in Surfside Beach (Seawalk 2) or Garden City Beach (Sandy Shores 2 and 3). This year we booked a week in Litchfield by the Sea and rented a town house (Osprey Watch 2C). The surroundings in Litchfield are so calm and peaceful. Although we do not have a private pool there is one available that is shared amongst the osprey watch townhouses. The house has the nicest decor and is very roomy. Not sure if this complaint is for Garden City Realty or the owners of the townhouse we rented for the week.. We stayed at Gulfstream. Villas 2 yrs. ago and loved the location. Villa 112 was dated and definitely needed some improvements, but was adequate . We rented same Villa this year and nothing has been done since our last visit!!!! We did not sit on upper deck because it did not feel safe, could not lock the front door because it would not latched. Discovered this at 11:30 pm when a wind storm kept blowing door open.
