Very disappointed �... my story called and told them what I needed which was /2 bedroom/2bath for bike week.. 2trucks /3people ...ok simple rite ..she said ok fixed me up and I paid with card .. the end got here and 1 parking pass wow and told it will be towed . So we got to park our $60000.00truck a mile away and when we want to get gro or anything we go to leave our $40000.00 bike in a lot while we go get food etc �go figure who rents a place that sleeps 6 . And 1 parking spot.. so never stay at a sandy shores or rent from... read more

After nearly three DECADES of my family renting through You my daughter and family have vowed NEVER again due to the POOR customer service and lack of full refund in exchange for their respectful compliance with the SC declared state of emergency. There were many complexities in this such as the fact that after the storm you RE-RENTED their Seamaster 304 condo to another party despite having it paid in full by her. You blamed it all On “new owners” etc etc etc but please Know ... we have extended family with three different ... read more

Garden City Realty has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, they just cost themselves many years of business with myself and my entire extended family over a few hundred bucks. We were ordered to evacuate for Hurricane Dorian after 3 nights of our 7 night pre-paid stay, and were told that they would call us to let us know when we could safely return. We arrived for a week long vacation Saturday and left Sunday night due to a mandatory hurricane evacuation!! We didn’t purchase insurance (reading other reviews it’s a joke anyways), but under the circumstances, you’d think this company would make things right! After waiting 3 weeks, we were given two unacceptable options. One was to come back sometime in 2019. This option was given to us at the end of September with kids in school. So disappointed in the Surfmaster we have been vacationing with our families for the last 30 years there. We had to leave because of Mandatory and I mean a Mandatory evacuation we had to go!! They were shutting off elevators and water too. So we had to go home all the way back to Pa. Not Happy!! Will not give money back ? They Offered us to use. 4 day until the end of year.
