Wouldn't even give you a zero! Very disappointed in the way you treated my family who came for a visit with 4 kids under age five. You give them a roach infested condo and refuse to help them in any way. Spraying the condo and having them come back is not even a good option when you have two babies crawling around on the floor. I will certainly not recommend you for anyone!

Running a trip for 18 years with 13 couples and we usually stay in North Myrtle Beach. This year we tried Garden City for something new. The area is very nice. We loved the restaurants and marsh walk. The golf courses are very nice in this area. We stayed at Surf Master this year. Most needed upgrading. The rooms were not to clean. Stayed in the penthouse which the kitchen was dirty. They did a great job with storm. The last two nights with the noise of the heavy equipment was not a plus but that is not their fault. We rented from GCR for over 20 yrs., enjoyed our stay, as have our children and grandchildren. However, over the past 3 yrs an owner of another Sun Dial unit has repeatedly harassed us for various issues (their water wasn't working properly one year so they wanted us to not take showers for 2 days so they could find the source of THEIR LEAK, they repeatedly talked negatively (LOUDLY) about our entire family and another renters family to an owner of a home next door to the property, they called GCR on us and another family nu... read more

If it was possible to give this management company less than one, I certainly would. Our rental house was absolutely disgusting. From roaches to a lack of maintenance causing mold, water leakage from storm created openings and construction underneath of the house. The filters which are supposed to be changed after every stay look like they've been there for a decade or more!!! My family and I had a very disappointing experience. We traveled 12 hours with 2 babies ( one being 2 and the other being 2 months old). We made it down there at 4 which was the check in time. When we went to get our keys they said to come back in 20 minutes which ok we understand, busy Saturday. We sat in the car for 30 minutes, went back in to find out our room wasn't ready and they had no idea when we would be getting in our room. we stayed at Sandy Paws. I paid in full when I booked in February. Upon arrival we were very disappointed. The house was dirty. We called Garden City Realty who rectified the situation by sending someone to clean it however the walls were scuffed, pealing paint and not very appealing. The pool was filthy. they sent the pool person to clean it and that was the only time he was there. the net to clean the pool was broke.
