I loved the spacious room I stayed in, it felt like home and not like I was at a rehab facility. The care was excellent and the therapist really work hard to get you back on your feet, they are very caring and keep you motivated. I was here four years ago and was remembered by the staff, it was nice to see familiar faces. I loved the therapy team for my rehab. They helped me and pushed me at the right pace, I think that's why I experienced very little pain and actually enjoyed going! I highly recommend the staff a Garden Gate.

The admissions process was nice and smooth, I went to my room and was seen by the nursing staff right away. My daughters were able to sit in through the whole process with me. I've been able to get my hair done here by the beautician and the aides help me to the sink after every meal so I can brush my teeth. The time is flying by with things like Wednesday Mass and fun concerts and bingo that are offered after my therapy sessions. The entire staff showed excellence in knowledge and competence from the charge nurse to housekeeping. Always anticipating my needs. As a retired health care professional I give credit to all the staff for their knowledge, competence and cheerfulness.

The therapy team was kind considerate and understanding. They didn't push me to hard but they didn't baby me either. I couldn't have asked for a better nursing staff that was so knowledgeable and willing to explain things in detail to me. My room was kept very clean and the bathroom was always stocked with the toiletries I needed! I enjoyed every moment that I was there!

It was a wonderful experience to be a patient of the Buffalo Medical Group during my stay here. Garden Gate has the best therapy team to work with, they make you feel like a big family. Drew pushed me to be the best and strongest I could be, now i'm ready to go home on my own. If I ever have to go through rehab again I will come back to Garden Gate in a heart beat! Not to mention the nurses and aides were all so friendly and caring, I can't say enough good things about the place!

The VA has a contract with Garden Gate and sent me here for Rehab after surgery on my hip. The VA has contracts with other facilities but my father stayed at Garden Gate in the past so I wanted to go here. The Physical Therapy team knew the right exercises to help me manage my pain and within the first few days I could feel the difference. I really appreciate the care given to me by the nurses and the aides.

I felt like the Physical and Occupational Therapists here helped me keep my sanity during my lengthy stay, I also really enjoyed the therapy dogs. I didn't meet anyone I didn't like here, I will miss this place because of the caring people. The nurses and aides went above and beyond with the care they provided.
