Today I had a great experience, which is not something that I have experienced in a long time. I have had alot of issues with Garden OB/GYN, especially when I have decide to go to their other locations. Overall, the Massapequa office is great, the staff are polite and compassionate and the PA's rock! They are the reason that I have not switched to a different provider.
I had an exceptional experience. The office staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The consultation and examination with utmost respect, clarity, and attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly asked questions and provided clear explanations I felt very confident throughout the visit. I highly commend Garden OB/GYM for their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to patient well-being.
Amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone from the front desk to the doctor and the ultrasound tech are amazing. Treated me with much kindness, showered me with compliments which made me feel even more connected (who doesn’t love a compliment)- nonetheless, very professional and felt like I was in good hands. Overall wonderful experience!
Facility super clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. The true superstar has been Tina, office manager. She was always just a phone call/ text away. Tina is super efficient in getting me any help or answers I needed. Tina was truly the light during my pregnancy, best medical office manager I’ve encountered.
Just had my annual at Garden OB/GYN of Massapequa, and it was a great experience! The doctor was incredibly gentle and thorough, which I really appreciated. The front desk receptionists were also very friendly and welcoming. The whole staff was awesome, and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend!
