At 1st I was reluctant on trying a new place. I had an old office I loved and normally wouldn’t go any place else. I wasn’t happy about it at all. Due to my old office not accepting my Insurance anymore I was forced to find a new place. So glad i found them! Instead of a new place, I found a NEW HOME! They do it all, I mean I EVERYTHING! I am always passing by this building and never once did I think maybe I should check it out. Good thing I did. The inside is nice. Very pretty and clean. The staff is AMAZING! Super sweet and just makes you feel comfortable. Communication is great. I am so happy with this visit.
Booked through ZocDoc & was able to get a same day appt as a new patient. If I could rate Garden OB/GYN 10 stars I would. I highly recommend anyone looking for a gyno to come here. The ladies at the desk were friendly & professional. The waiting area is beautiful. I was seen within 5 min after handing in my p/w. Alandondra did my pre-check in, she was attentive & warming. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ENDOMETRIOSIS! I have been a patient at Massapequa Garden OB/GYN since 2008, and for many years, that longevity gave me a sense of reassurance—knowing I was in the care of kind, efficient, and thorough medical professionals. Unfortunately, I have not felt that same level of security since 2021, when I was diagnosed with endometriosis. This place is absolutely horrendous. I am so so sad to say that I have been coming to this plce for years. I have been to many different of their locations and it is all the same story. I have waited hours and hours gowned in a room. One time i had waited so long in a room i finally poked my head out to see what was going on and they were vacuuming and closing up shop- they had completely forgotten about me.
