Absolutely loved this place. Vanessa at the front desk is super sweet along with all the staff! Jeanine was my doctor and she was incredible. Made me feel so safe and at ease. Can’t wait to continue to come back!
Dr Are is a good doctor. She is thorough, experienced, and very detailed. She also patiently answers your questions and cares (almost a lil too much with her persistence) but she knows what she’s doing! Julia and the medical assistants were super supportive while I was scared to get my blood drawn. Good experience when the doctor is there.
I am a new patient at the Massapequa location and I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and service I received today. From start to finish, the process was super easy, the staff was nothing less than kind while being completely thorough, and it was such a seamless process. I will definitely be returning to this location, I am very impressed after my visit.
++***Update I have now called the number that they replied to this message for. They have given me the runaround for the past two weeks and not resolved any of my issues. They are just saying the same thing over and over again and nothing has helped. They are still the worst practice and I recommend not going to them ever if you care about your health.
