I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received at your dealership. I brought my vehicle in due to a malfunctioning key and for a routine oil change. When I explained the key issue to the service advisor, he claimed I hadn’t provided enough detail and, rather offensively, asked me which language he should speak to me in—despite the fact that I speak English fluently. 1) I arrived at 8:15am for an 8:30am oil change appointment. Was told the wait would be 1.5hrs. Ended up being 3.5hrs with the excuse that they were short staffed and that was the cause of the delay. 2) I asked for the 3rd best service ($120) out of their 4-tiered options. When I went to pay, the price was $83. I thought they gave me a discount for the horrible service but it turns out they just did the wrong service on my car.
