The staff have knowledge and are professional but brought my car in for open recalls dropped it off monday 9th 9am. 1st I get a phone call saying that one of the recalls can not be done because a part that is in the way of the recalled part I have to pay out of pocket for labor and the part that is in the way I said I do not want to pay anything out of pocket the car is in service for recalls.( 95% of the time is 100% covered under the manufacturer due to defective parts) I was told I would get a call back in a little bit at... read more
