My daughter complained that the tech was too busy talking to me and not paying attention to her mouth. My daughter said the tech poked her mouth 3 times with the wires.
Wonderful staff and Dr.Garrett was very thorough and informative. We will definitely be using him for both my daughters' braces! Thank you!
The staff at Garrett Orthodontics is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They do their best to work with your schedule for appointments and make sure that your child is as comfortable as possible especially during those not so comfortable appointments.
We were late and the staff fit us in anyway. They were so nice to my daughter and reassuring, which was nice because she was nervous. :)
