Definitely a positive experience. I felt comfortable, respected and seen. Dr. Mathews allowed me to speak and was patient when I struggled to find the appropriate words. He acknowledged my concerns and answered all my questions. I felt Dr. Mathews was more concerned with getting to know me vs watching the clock. This truly made all the difference.
Dr Matthews and NP Williams are amazing… I’ve been treated by them for 2 years now and unlike other psychiatrists I’ve seen, they never make me feel unimportant or rushed during our meetings. I’ve utilized in office visits and video calls for my appointments with no issue, both are always on time. Best thing about these two, they are amazing at responding to email via their portal, which makes getting refills much easier, they truly understand that your time is valuable. 5 star rating for sure
While the helpful counselors and psychologists are of good quality customer service is a wait process. I must have waited a half hour maybe forty minutes to make an appointment or reschedule. I try to do it online however says must call. The local home office numbers are as long as the central number.
Excellent staff, they're very kind and friendly. Dr. Matthews is very personable and kind. He always puts you at ease.
Dr. Matthews is top notch. He cares about his patients. He is in touch with their Behavorial needs and works hard to ensure all are cared for.
