I had a great experience, although the prep and the drinking was not the greatest but the people in the office as far as the staff the nurses anesthesia doctor. Everyone I met there was super nice and very friendly and treated me as a person not just another patient coming through And that makes a lot of difference. I would recommend anybody to go there. I’ll say my colonoscopy went great too she did awesome job a big thanks to everyone.
They are so kind when you check in.They answer any questions you may have. They listen to you.They are well Explanatory.Lady in lab is so nice and gentle. These are the worst doctor's I have ever met in my life. They diagnoseed me with out any tests lied to me constantly. Blames me for my digestive issues. Then lied and said I was inappropriate. I did not cuss or say anything insulting to anyone. These doctors are a waste of time and money . You are nothing but a number they do not give a crap about you trust me. My exam and experience were great. I received a call the day before to notify me of the appointment time. I received a follow-up call the day after the procedure to check on me. The check in team is very kind and the process was fast and easy. My nurse Jennifer T. was very pleasant and professional. My nurse anesthetist Patrick was very thorough with all of the explanations. Dr Richardson and all her Staff are very Professional and friendly. They really make sure your comfortable and answer all you questions and concerns. It was once again a great experience. It is also very comforting to get the results of the test before I headed home.
