Once the appointment was made everything was smooth sailing. The appointment went fairly quickly and smoothly. My nurse Amy, Tiffany(I think) and Dr. Shah were great. Everyone was so nice. Could not of asked for better people and professionals. Keep up the great work you all do.
These folks always treat patients with the utmost care & respect. Just as important. as the excellent work they do in performing procedures is the pre- and post-procedure discussions. They tell you everything they're go do before they do it and ask you how you're doing. After the procedure they offer any help you might need if you have any discomfort or questions. From check in to check out, I felt very well cared for at Gastroenterology Associates. Dr. Patel looked carefully at my medical concerns and asked good questions. His explanations were thorough, clear, and assuring. I like that the practice uses a team approach to get analysis and opinions from multiple experts. I just had my first appointment with Alicia Paxson. She was great! Very knowledgeable. She took time to listen to me and let me ask questions and answered them all. I highly recommend her! This office has a great staff and doctors. Very professional yet friendly and efficient staff!
I had a great experience, although the prep and the drinking was not the greatest but the people in the office as far as the staff the nurses anesthesia doctor. Everyone I met there was super nice and very friendly and treated me as a person not just another patient coming through And that makes a lot of difference. I would recommend anybody to go there. I’ll say my colonoscopy went great too she did awesome job a big thanks to everyone.
