Dr. Provenza and his staff were and are excellent, professional, and competent. Had EGD done. My appointment was at 1pm. I arrived at 1230 and had done my recheck online. I was called back to triage until 2 pm and then had to go back to the waiting room to wait to be called to go to the pre-op suite. Everything else was Excellent, and I would still give five stars, but I wouldn't be so patient to wait so long again and have to be NPO.
Excellent care from all including front desk personnel, nurses ,Anesthesia and Dr Aguilar. They have it going on! Thanks Fran Prohaska
Have had several different medical procedures at this location and have always had great experiences.
Something I was dreading turned out to be “Nothing to it!” This office is ran like a well oiled machine by complete professionals! Literally the WORST part was the stuff you had to drink the day prior! My bottom was really sore from using the bathroom so much, but not at all from the colonoscopy! As soon as the procedures over, you’re fine! When I left the clinic, my husband took me to have lunch, then I actually went to a dermatology appointment and had another procedure done the same day! I had an amazing experience when I first walked into the facility. They were eager to assist me and others, and it was amazing. Curtis and sweet as they could be. As my name began to call for me to go and get ready for in and do my blood pressure and check everything up for it to get ready for the procedure, I had such an amazing experience with the young man.
