Dr. Mark Provenza was very personable and put me at ease before my procedures. The entire process from arrival to departure was incredibly efficient. I was in and out with almost no waiting.
Dr. Aguilar is the best! He is very professional yet personal! His care is exemplary. The CRNA did an excellent job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable in his care. My anesthesia worked perfectly. The nurse starting my IV did a wonderful job. After my procedure, you couldn’t even see where the IV was placed.
I have been seeing Dr Provenza for about 20 years. He is so nice and professional telling you everything you want to know immediately. Very painless and just makes an uncomfortable procedure a good experience. If you are looking for a great gastro doctor I highly recommend Dr Provenza.
I had an amazing experience when I first walked into the facility. They were eager to assist me and others, and it was amazing. Curtis and sweet as they could be. As my name began to call for me to go and get ready for in and do my blood pressure and check everything up for it to get ready for the procedure, I had such an amazing experience with the young man. Colonoscopies are never fun but they do make it as tolerable as possible at GIS. The warm blanket was a really nice touch.
