I have been seeing Dr. Provenza for years and his PA, Seth. I can’t say enough about him and his staff and how they treat patients. Everyone is caring and sees that you’re receiving the best care possible. My husband and I have been extremely impressed and grateful for the support and care that Dr. Provenza, Seth, Brooke, Krystal and all of the other staff in his office have given to us. Dr. Aguilar is a great doctor and is very caring. His nurse Crystal is always attentive and helpful. I do miss the PA Jennifer that had been with him prior to having her third child. The endoscopy center is always on time with appointments and the staff there friendly and knowledgeable.
The staff was great and so was my doctor. They all took their time to answer my questions and explained everything they were doing. The nurse that started my iv. Took her time to find the right vein. Since my veins were hard to find. Only one stick and I barely felt it. My hat off to her. They all treated me as a friend.
My visit was over the top as to my expectations. Everyone was friendly and professional n every way. I could not ask for anything from Dr. Aguilar, nurses and staff down to the cleanliness of the building. They were all great. And the big plus was a great diagnosis. Thanks to my Doctor and staff.
Excellent service overall!! The check in was quick and very efficient. All staff members were polite and very professional. My doctor was very funny, professional, polite, had a great sense of humor, and had an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend this facility and my assigned doctor and staff for all of your needed medical needs from such a facility! God willing, I will go back in five years for my next procedure!!
