I had an amazing experience when I first walked into the facility. They were eager to assist me and others, and it was amazing. Curtis and sweet as they could be. As my name began to call for me to go and get ready for in and do my blood pressure and check everything up for it to get ready for the procedure, I had such an amazing experience with the young man. Something I was dreading turned out to be “Nothing to it!” This office is ran like a well oiled machine by complete professionals! Literally the WORST part was the stuff you had to drink the day prior! My bottom was really sore from using the bathroom so much, but not at all from the colonoscopy! As soon as the procedures over, you’re fine! When I left the clinic, my husband took me to have lunch, then I actually went to a dermatology appointment and had another procedure done the same day! From the front to the back and everyone in between were Amazing. I was treated like I was a family member maybe even better. Lol, just kidding. I did feel like I was in very good hands with all the team members ,Nurses, techs and doctors. They all made sure I was ok every step of the way. Thank you!! Melissa Tilden
The staff was great and so was my doctor. They all took their time to answer my questions and explained everything they were doing. The nurse that started my iv. Took her time to find the right vein. Since my veins were hard to find. Only one stick and I barely felt it. My hat off to her. They all treated me as a friend.
My visit was over the top as to my expectations. Everyone was friendly and professional n every way. I could not ask for anything from Dr. Aguilar, nurses and staff down to the cleanliness of the building. They were all great. And the big plus was a great diagnosis. Thanks to my Doctor and staff.
