I had an amazing experience when I first walked into the facility. They were eager to assist me and others, and it was amazing. Curtis and sweet as they could be. Something I was dreading turned out to be “Nothing to it!” This office is ran like a well oiled machine by complete professionals! Literally the WORST part was the stuff you had to drink the day prior! My bottom was really sore from using the bathroom so much, but not at all from the colonoscopy! As soon as the procedures over, you’re fine! When I left the clinic, my husband took me to have lunch, then I actually went to a dermatology appointment and had another procedure done the same day! Dr. Aguilar has been our family's Dr for years, and he is great! The staff at GIS is great, as well. We are never there over 2 hours, everything is run so smoothly there. Highly recommend them!
I came in for an endoscopy due to some stomach issues, I was very nervous to be put under anesthesia but they brought me reassurance and most of all peace. I have never dealt with doctors who you could truly feel there concern for your concern until my encounter with this company and staff. They were thorough, and very clear and showed true care for me. I would recommend this company to anyone with GI issues, best company in the northern part of Louisiana.
Absolutely fantastic operation they have set up and running. From the check-in to the final roll out, everyone was very pleasant and engaging and the place runs like a well oiled machine. Awesome pre-checkin informational packet and the lady that called to discuss was just so sweet. Just everything about our experience was outstanding and deserves to be complimented for professionalism. Dr. Mark Provenza is simply the best you could ever hope for.
