Dr. Aguilar is the best! He is very professional yet personal! His care is exemplary. The CRNA did an excellent job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable in his care. My anesthesia worked perfectly. The nurse starting my IV did a wonderful job. After my procedure, you couldn’t even see where the IV was placed.
Something I was dreading turned out to be “Nothing to it!” This office is ran like a well oiled machine by complete professionals! Literally the WORST part was the stuff you had to drink the day prior! My bottom was really sore from using the bathroom so much, but not at all from the colonoscopy! As soon as the procedures over, you’re fine! When I left the clinic, my husband took me to have lunch, then I actually went to a dermatology appointment and had another procedure done the same day! I came in for an endoscopy due to some stomach issues, I was very nervous to be put under anesthesia but they brought me reassurance and most of all peace. I have never dealt with doctors who you could truly feel there concern for your concern until my encounter with this company and staff. They were thorough, and very clear and showed true care for me. I would recommend this company to anyone with GI issues, best company in the northern part of Louisiana.
On my husband’s recent colonoscopy they called to check in during prep day and I appreciated that. The day of the procedure check in was pleasant and the smiles make all the difference in the world. I know that is hard to do each and every day but it calmed me and made my experience very pleasant. Once in back for prep and procedure again pleasant encounters and encouragement. Thanks!!
I had an amazing experience when I first walked into the facility. They were eager to assist me and others, and it was amazing. Curtis and sweet as they could be. As my name began to call for me to go and get ready for in and do my blood pressure and check everything up for it to get ready for the procedure, I had such an amazing experience with the young man.
