Dr. Provenza and his staff were and are excellent, professional, and competent. Had EGD done. My appointment was at 1pm. I arrived at 1230 and had done my recheck online. I was called back to triage until 2 pm and then had to go back to the waiting room to wait to be called to go to the pre-op suite. Everything else was Excellent, and I would still give five stars, but I wouldn't be so patient to wait so long again and have to be NPO.

Dr. Aguilar is the best! He is very professional yet personal! His care is exemplary. The CRNA did an excellent job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable in his care. My anesthesia worked perfectly. The nurse starting my IV did a wonderful job. After my procedure, you couldn’t even see where the IV was placed.

I came for a ten year scheduled colonoscopy. The check in was smooth and easy, the wait not long. Dr Aguilar is a great professional and also very personable. I will be going back in 5 years for a follow up. No worries.

In the past, my visits were preventative in nature. This time I had a problem swallowing. Dr Provenza dilated by esophagus. After a few days, my throat is back to normal, and I am swallowing pills and food without difficulty. All the people involved in my care were friendly and efficient. I also like that the parking is close to the facility.

Dr. Mark Provenza was very personable and put me at ease before my procedures. The entire process from arrival to departure was incredibly efficient. I was in and out with almost no waiting.
