As a client, I did not feel welcomed in this environment. The nurse manager was rude and did not treat people with kindness or respect. I also noticed that she spoke negatively about other employees to others, which felt very unprofessional. When leadership behaves this way, it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for both staff and clients. A healthcare setting should feel supportive and respectful, but unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Great counselors and staff. You have to put in the effort and want the recovery. Never give up because you are the only one that predicts your future of your sobriety. The greatest gift you can give to yourself.

Wonderful place to find your sobriety!! The counselors and nurses are absolutely amazing! The faculty are the kindest! Amazing food and a beautiful campus!

Well I just called to gather up some information about an evaluation and the woman was so unprofessional. She would cut me off while talking then said well unless you get the original information then we have to start all over. Then hung up. They don’t care about anything but money. If you don’t like your job then better yourself and do what’s best for you. Stop being miserable to others. It’s supposed to be a place to get sober and do what’s necessary for you. That’s horrible. Grow up Nancy.

Was there for Lil over 30 days and had great staff and also very good listening and just all round good community...
