I’m starting the third week of IOP at Gateway and it has changed my life. The warmth nurturing, kind understanding environment is everything I could ever have hoped for. Watch out for this company. I was honestly surprised to see that I’m not the first to encounter a fraudulent charge from these people. I’ve already sent a message through your chat over this and I know for a fact that it’s your company. I have an unauthorized charge for 96.77 on my account . Never heard of this company before now. I want this charge reversed and the name of the person who used my info so I can press charges. I’m not even sure how they got a hold of my card info.
My experience was positive - the staff are professional, compassionate, and communicative. On the financial side, I sometimes sensed that privacy and confidentiality were so important that they made communication a bit more challenging, but in the end, everything worked out well (e.g. sometimes the billing specialist wasn't sure whether my counselor and I had discussed payment).
I was appalled when I tried to receive treatment help. After months of back and forth with incoherent messages from staff about joining. I was finally let in a group. After a few semi worthwhile sessions, I was banned from the group by counselor Valerie with no reason or explanation. My emails where never responded to and I was completely ignored. I loved and enjoyed the attention I received from my Peers, (Therapist) Stephanie and (Counselor) Izabela what an amazing experience that I will never forget when I signed up for Gateway (IOP) on April 16, 2022 I told myself to go in w/ a positive attitude, participate, learn and listen therefore by doing so I accomplished something that was important and meaningful to me as a result I have the honor and proud to say that I'm a Graduate from Gateway Foundation on this day June 16, 2022!
