Could not ask for a more welcoming, knowledgeable and EXPERIENCED backed program. Gateway Jacksonville's residential program is at the very top in every aspect. From the curriculum, structure for maximum opportunity, to the amazing dining and living corridors- Gateway takes the cake. The people here are amazing. Between the counselors, recovery coaches and nurses and even maintenance. Everyone really cares about your well being and your recovery. They become a part of your recovery in a big way. You get out of here what you put in. All the things you need are at your disposal.
Taught me patience, to forgive myself and others, to be an all around better person, to love myself and others, to never let my guard down and never give up.! Gateway gave me all of these suggestions and I took what works for me and I still got the rest in my toolbox for when I might need them! This was one of the greatest and much needed experiences of my life. I thank God for the shelter within the midst of my storm at Jacksonville Gateway. The outstanding care and extra effort is really transforming lives, so I commend and appreciate everyone that dedicates their lives to making the lives of suffering people like myself find their purpose. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the amazing Jacksonville Gateway staff and the life changing experience they facilitated. I was there for their residential (inpatient) treatment, and I highly recommend it to anyone with substance abuse issues as it is undeniably the gold standard of treatment and recovery education.
