I'll never forget the feeling that I had when I walked into gateway in Springfield il. I was in terrible condition. Beyond thankful for the support, care, and attention given to my loved one in treatment. They supported and encouraged him through heavy loss and lasting grief. His counselors and support staff were excellent. Nothing matched the energy and care that is shown from the moment you enter the door by James at the first desk. He is an example for all treatment facilities on being open, caring, and non judgemental. He is a rare gem in this world. Thank you all.
James at the front counter is amazing. All of the staff is amazing. I suggest if you know someone who is seeking help this is a great place to take them. We traveled over an hour and a half to bring family to this facility. I am so happy that we did. I highly recommend it.
I loved gateway it saved my life it helped me find me again and helped me see that the mistakes I made does not make who I am or who I'm becoming today I love u gateway staff/counselors/nurses/ even residential and the friends and brothers and sisters I made and now have I'm blessed
