I found Dr. Moten to be acutely aware of how the procedure of nerve ablation in the knees works. It explained it in terms we understood. He informed us of the risks involved. He was engaging, empathetic and supportive. I felt very comfortable with him on the first visit. His staff is also very professional and helpful.
I must admit, when contacting this office on Tuesday, I was in so much pain I was contemplating going to the ER. They understood my pain and did everything to get me in to see a doctor that day. When arrive the office staff couldn’t be friendlier or helpful. I was able to see the doctor. I explain that I was going out of the county the next week. Fantastic experience. Recommend highly. Dr. Moten was thorough from beginning to end. Explained everything specifically. Great bed side manner. Staff was kind and caring. Would recommend this practice and this doctor to everyone. A++++!
To put it simply, Dr. Moten is great. He makes an office visit or procedure as pleasant an experience as possible.
My wife has been going to this pain management clinic for over 6 year now She has seen several amazing doctors throughout the years but now she sees Dr Hadi Moten And he is fantastic He listens and tries to relieve her chronic back problems Because she doesn’t want to get a complete Spinal Reconstruction as what 4 different spinal surgery doctor said to her He works with her and tries to relieve as much pain!
