Unfortunately, I wanted a refund after 3 days and was refused after getting a 30% cheaper price from a competitor. Too bad Good Will isn't important. "Your money for nothing and your chicks for free".

My experience with GatorGuard began with an outstanding sales rep for the company, who was so knowledgeable, helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I booked the application at our initial appointment. Jon is a true asset to this company! The company has a policy of charging customers $250 if they need to reschedule their service without providing at least two weeks notice. Still waiting for Gator Guard to fix my floor. In a previous review they said they would call to schedule something but they never did. Part owner Aaron is not honoring their lifetime warranty. Floor was installed just over a year ago. Aaron making excuses not to do repairs. Buyers be ware

I had concrete board with drains and removable drain covers. They worked perfectly until I hired Gator guard to have them put their epoxy floors in and I can no longer remove my dream covers to clean them out when needed. Gator garden contract reads as lifetime warranty but they won't come out to fix it. Aaron says my plastic removable drain covers are the ones that are causing the damage to this floor.
