Poor customer service. I spoke with someone via text and when they asked me what site I was interested in I named the site and asked what units were available, they never responded even though the website instructed me to contact via phone or text for unit availability.
Quick, easy set up for a unit. Automated. Good communication from remote employees. When we ended our use, the security deposit refund was prompt. Plan to use them again.
