I had an excellent experience with G&C Auto Body in Antioch. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Bryan, my service writer, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain the damage to my vehicle, walked me through exactly how the repairs would be done, and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciate G&C Body Auto shop! Everyone was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. They even have a shuttle service for their customers. The only two things that I wish they would have done was one paint my entire car but they matched the paint to a T and only painted the one side and that they dont charge 2.5% surcharge for using a credit card when paying your deductible. I was pleasantly surprised. G & C did an absolutely astounding job. I was grinning from ear to ear. As you can see from the before photos, my car was in really bad shape the entire rear end was severely damaged, with deep crumpling around the tail light, a crushed bumper, and broken trim. It was a safety hazard, and I was constantly worried about getting pulled over. I’m so glad I entrusted them with the process because they truly put their magic touch on it. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was with taking my car to G&C auto body. I had been in an accident and my Insurance company sent me here. Everyone was kind and helpful from day 1. I received text messages when my car returned from the alignment shop, and continued to receive text messages as the car worked its way through the entire process of being fixed. My vehicle got damaged due to hail and I had to get it repaired through insurance. Bryan and the team were amazing and communicative during the whole process of my vehicle being repaired. Only thing is I know that the interior roof lining had to be removed in my vehicle. When I received the car back, there was a bunch of dust and debris in the trunk area. Nonetheless, the team was amazing and the work done to my vehicle was solid work.
