I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was with taking my car to G&C auto body. I had been in an accident and my Insurance company sent me here. Everyone was kind and helpful from day 1. I received text messages when my car returned from the alignment shop, and continued to receive text messages as the car worked its way through the entire process of being fixed. Great Customer Service from everyone that I had contact with. No nonsense, direct information with what was going on before, during, and afterwards. Avoid this place like the plague! They replaced a passenger side door lock and hatchback handle and lock. They gave me an estimate and hinted it might be under that amount. Instead they charged me more than $200.00 over the estimate. Under their contract you can't retrieve your car until it is paid. The hatchback lock failed on the 4th day. It wouldn't close. The staff was amazing from first contact to schedule in my vehicle via text to my quick estimate appointment and the quick and fast repair. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. My car was ready ahead of schedule and came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Amazing experience!
I had a great experience at G&C Collision! Bryan Flores and Jeff the general manager were both extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Bryan even waited for me after hours since I work in the city, which I really appreciated. The communication was excellent, and the quality of the repair work was top-notch—my car looks brand new again. I highly recommend G&C Collision, especially Bryan and Jeff, for their outstanding service and dedication to their customers!
