I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was with taking my car to G&C auto body. I had been in an accident and my Insurance company sent me here. Everyone was kind and helpful from day 1. I received text messages when my car returned from the alignment shop, and continued to receive text messages as the car worked its way through the entire process of being fixed. The staff was amazing from first contact to schedule in my vehicle via text to my quick estimate appointment and the quick and fast repair. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. My car was ready ahead of schedule and came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Amazing experience!
I had a great experience at G&C Collision! Bryan Flores and Jeff the general manager were both extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Bryan even waited for me after hours since I work in the city, which I really appreciated. The communication was excellent, and the quality of the repair work was top-notch—my car looks brand new again. I highly recommend G&C Collision, especially Bryan and Jeff, for their outstanding service and dedication to their customers!
My experience with G&C was amazing. I was rear ended and didn't know what type of damage other than my bumper. They called me right away same day appt. Received my quote. I dropped car off and was picked up by the rental car company. I received a text often about my cars progress. It was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Marshall answered every question with explanations that I understood.
Called to set an apt with Brian to get an estimate for a repair. He looked at the damage and said he would give me an estimate. He quoted me but didn’t want to put it in writing until a claim was put through insurance because the price can be higher which I understand need to see if any other damage is there.
