I spoke to the manager Eric of G and C Auto Body in Marysville where my car was being worked on the day my dog passed away from heat exhaustion. He said it was my choice to try to walk home with my dogs and that anything outside of my vehicle is not their responsibility. He then told me that I could’ve asked to sit in the office with my dogs, I could’ve asked for a courtesy vehicle, or I could’ve simply left my dogs at home. Jeremy is number 1 customer service and takes time and compassion for his customers. I highly recommend Jeremy and g&c auto body for your insurance claims and personal claims. Will be bringing family for future transactions and anyone that wants and needs great customer service and care.

I highly recommend this hidden spot! I had my car in for damage. The customer service was excellent! I was given updates about my car on a regular basis. They made what could have been a real hassle much more pleasant! The gals in the office are wonderful, too!

Great staff! I worked with Tony who was very professional and efficient. I was kept informed throughout the whole servicing process. I appreciate the ride to/from the shop by Moses! Thank you! It would be nice if they offered deductible waivers but I don't believe it qualifies here. Overall, superb and timely service!

My car was hit in the back in an accident. G&C Auto Body was highly recommended for the repair. I took my car there and was so happy I did. They explained some of the damage that I wasn’t even aware of. Were good about keeping in touch with me. Some of the delay was from the insurance company approval. They did a beautiful job on my car. I would highly recommend them.
