I recently filed an insurance claim for body work on my vehicle after being sideswiped. Following research on several repair shops, I opted for G&C Auto Body. Throughout the process, Zach Briles maintained open communication, providing daily updates via phone calls or text messages regarding the repair progress. I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work performed on my vehicle, and in my opinion, it appears to be in better condition now than prior to the collision. Thanks Zach and G&C Auto Body!!!!
My wife took her 2023 Mazda Soul Red Crystal Metallic paint code 46V Mazda3 to G&C for paint. Through her insurance which they charged $6,800 & some change. Told my wife her car was ready to come pick it up @ 6:30 @ night/dark out. I told her they did that on purpose so she wouldn't notice the shotty poor quality work they did. I came to G&C after speaking with my insurance company and asked for another recommendation as the other place I went to really treated me unkindly. That was absolutely not the case with G&C!! I took my equinox in for body repair.and they did an excellent job. I was impressed, they told me that it was guaranteed for life. And they also washed it for me and detailed the inside. The body work was very poor. After they finished it, there were bumps all over and a cloudy area on it. They had to take my car back. Currently they are still working on my car. This was a very bad experience and it is very inconvenient. Update- 9/25/25- finally got my car back the third time. They did get some of the bumps off; however it’s there were still other areas that still had bumps. The door trim they took off to paint the door was not flush to the door.
