Had a great experience with them. They were nice and friendly the whole time and got my car in really quickly. Even when one location was busy, they had me drop it off at the location closest to me, then they towed it to another location to repair it, towed it back and I picked it up at the location closest to me. Very convenient. The work was done very fast and was perfect. And they even washed my car for me at the end, and gave me a gift card for having to have my car repaired at a different location. Definitely recommend.
I messed up my car on my own. A knucklehead moment. I was referred to G and C by a friend, so I took it in for an estimate. Jeff helped me out and the estimate was a little over $2,000.00. I was on my way out of town for a few days so I left it to be picked up when I return. Jeff phoned while I was traveling to tell me he could save me a few dollars. I came to G&C after speaking with my insurance company and asked for another recommendation as the other place I went to really treated me unkindly. That was absolutely not the case with G&C!! Superior, really attentive customer service. Had my vehicle in and out in less than a week and are very honest with their work. AAA referred me to G&C repair shop for my F150 touch screen/ glass repair after a break in and they delivered great results. For great honest work here is the place to go.
What a pleasant experience to a stressful situation!! Jeff was extremely kind,courteous and thorough handling my repairs. He constantly kept me in the loop regarding the process. My car looks brand new and was ready in far shorter time than I imagined! So happy!
