I recently filed an insurance claim for body work on my vehicle after being sideswiped. Following research on several repair shops, I opted for G&C Auto Body. Throughout the process, Zach Briles maintained open communication, providing daily updates via phone calls or text messages regarding the repair progress. I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work performed on my vehicle, and in my opinion, it appears to be in better condition now than prior to the collision. After three months, I finally got my car back — and while the process was a nightmare, it ultimately ended on a positive note. I had a great experience with G&C Autobody. Ralph was the agent who helped me throughout the entire process, and he was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. He was straightforward about the timeline for my vehicle and delivered exactly as promised. Ralph and all the staff were great. This is my second repair with them and I must say that the entire experience was flawless. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are fast, kind, attentive, and provide excellent workmanship. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. Then once repairs were completed they delivered my car to my house. I had the opportunity to recently work with Tyler when my car was damaged by a hit and run. He helped me with making the process smooth from start to finish. They also helped set up a rental car for me and let me drop it off at the body shop when my car was ready to be picked up. They also did a fantastic job on the repairs and detailed the interior of my car. If I can give an extra star for going above my expectations, I would without hesitation.
