Our experience with G&C was excellent! From the get-go, the staff were welcoming and friendly. It is also easy to find the place as it's within the vicinity of the Napa Soscol shopping area. I find the place very safe, which is a plus. As far as the process goes, me and my wife were given clear explanation of how the repair is supposed to happen, from ordering the parts, the installation (taking the old bumper and replacing with the new one), painting, and what not. It’s never an enjoyable time when you have to get vehicle repairs but the team here really made this such a breeze. Fast and efficient service, Incredible attention to detail, and a surprisingly short turn around time. I was sent here thru my insurance provider but would absolutely return for any future repairs or services.

Absolutely horrible experience with G&C Auto Body in Napa. They had our vehicle for OVER A MONTH for collision repairs through Farmers Insurance, only for us to pick it up and have the car overheat within less than 10 minutes because they failed to properly inspect the radiator/cooling system before releasing it. Elliott from G&C called and told us the vehicle was “ready.” We trusted them, picked it up, and shortly after the vehicle overheated and became completely undriveable.
