I was among the first batch of tenants to move in, still during active construction to the lower floor levels. The management team at Geerhouse made accommodations and communicated well throughout this process. Overall, this area is an exceptional and convenient place to live—walking distance to bars, restaurants, baseball, etc. It can be loud on weekend nights, so that is something to keep in mind. Otherwise, great place to live. Nice fellow tenants.
