I spent just over 3 weeks in this facility and then another week later on. The BHA staff is excellent. These are the people the patients deal with the most. They are genuinely good people who are there because they care. I have no issue at all with the BHAs. The nursing staff is mostly good. There are a couple nurses who seem ill-suited for the job, but most of the nurses are great! The providers are another story. There are two doctors; Dr. Master and Dr. Aucker. One of their workers-Chris- is literally awful. He needs to be fired, has been complained about multiple times so far. Everyone else is amazing

I get to be the first review omg! I was admitted on Opening Day and it was really stressful. While staff probably couldn't have handled it any better than they did that first day, in some cases certain things did get lost in translation. Even so, they did their absolute best with us during the time there. The Psychiatrist they have on staff, Dr. Masters, really does listen to the patients and accommodates where he can.
