Gembecki Mechanical Services just installed a new air conditioning unit & gas furnace for us. They did a fantastic job with everything. They arrived when they said they would, worked long and hard to get everything done that we needed. They took care of all the details and kept us informed from start to finish. The installers took care of every detail and left everything perfectly clean. Their knowledge and experience are evident. Great job. We are very pleased with everything!
They are a family business and they are always quick to reply and arrive to help with any issues. They are honest and they've helped us keep our units running beyond the usual life span. comfort club plan will keep your units running smooth. Highly recommend! We won't use anyone else.
I recently had the opportunity to call GEMBECKI MECHANICAL in Casselberry on a home plumbing backup issue. Timmy was your technician who called prior to arrival to trouble-shoot and attempt repair. He was very knowledgeable, professional, experienced and talented. I appreciated his attention to detail and explanation of the problem and possible solution offered. I am not very happy with the service I received from Gembecki Mechanical Services. I called Gembecki on 7/6/2017 and explained to them my situation. I told them that I had a warranty, and I needed someone to come and look at my unit. They sent out someone that day at around 2:00 P.M. This company is what I would call a buyer beware company. I have a home warranty on our home. Last February 2014 our AC compressor of 13 years burned out. Through the home warranty company we contacted Gembecki. They came out and replaced the Trane compressor. It took 10 days. Now, it is December of 2014 and the compressor burned out again.
