They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I truly appreciated their honesty, kindness, and excellent customer service. Excellent experience! Came in and bought jewelry for my girlfriend from Meztle. She gave me a great deal, and i’m very happy. Thanks guys for the fun experience! If you’re looking for engagement rings, this is the place!
My experience was amazing. Tony had so much knowledge. He was friendly and funny. Not to mention a tall drink of water. And open on a Sunday, that’s hard to find. They were fair and accurate in their pricing. I would recommend everyone to check them out if you’re in old town stop by and say hi. Look around. They’ve got great things in their shop.
From the very first day I met Kenia, she gave off such genuine, positive energy. She’s always been incredibly helpful, and she consistently goes out of her way to keep me updated on anything new. Her customer service is truly top-tier every visit is a great experience because of her. At this point, whenever I come in, I specifically look for her because I know I’ll be taken care of.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience selling my ring here! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I felt like I was treated fairly and appreciated how straightforward everything was. They also gave me the best price out of all the other pawn shops in the area. I’d definitely recommend this pawn shop to anyone looking to sell or buy.
