I took out my old bags and searched for a nearby pawn shop, which was located in a very nice area with convenient parking. I was struggling to pull open the door that had "push" written on it. Kenia was so friendly, and I felt no shame in laying out my old items. While she examined my belongings, I was able to wait very comfortably. This place is truly kind and will trade your items for a fair price. I highly recommend it!
I had an amazing experience. Marco offered customer service that was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better—convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed. I've been looking for a simple nice gold chain for a while and hadn't had any luck until I came across Gems N' Loans. I was helped by a gentleman, Marco. He was very helpful, not pushy, and very easy going. He gave me my space when I was in the store browsing and when I found what I was looking for he answered all my questions with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal but especially looking for good service. Ask for Marco. He's your guy!
I was impressed by how helpful and friendly the assistant Rocio was. Not only did she provide insightful answers to all my questions, but she also made sure to explain things clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most to me was her kindness and professionalism with which I was treated.
This place is my go to place and very, very thorough andfair in whatever they do. Katie helped me and I couldn’t have asked for a more experienced and knowledgeable person as far as gems precious metals and jewelry even purses, high-end purses, she does consignment and there’s just no limit to how she can help, she was great.
