From the very first day I met Kenia, she gave off such genuine, positive energy. She’s always been incredibly helpful, and she consistently goes out of her way to keep me updated on anything new. Her customer service is truly top-tier every visit is a great experience because of her. At this point, whenever I come in, I specifically look for her because I know I’ll be taken care of.

They have good selection of jewelry and reasonable prices. Lucy was so patient in helping me. I got 1 earring for my daughter and 1 for me. So happy for this visit.

The team at this pawn shop is fantastic and super professional! They took their time with me, went the extra mile to make sure I walked out totally happy. Killer coin selection, unbeatable prices, and after checking many pawn shops in Temecula, I can confidently say they are the best in town. Having never been through the process Stephanie was great. Made the process easy and understandable. She laid out best options and practices and helped a decision that made the best sense for my situation. I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you need their services.
