From the very first day I met Kenia, she gave off such genuine, positive energy. She’s always been incredibly helpful, and she consistently goes out of her way to keep me updated on anything new. Her customer service is truly top-tier every visit is a great experience because of her. At this point, whenever I come in, I specifically look for her because I know I’ll be taken care of.
Sergio was very gracious and efficient. I came in to sell some gold pieces that didn’t serve a purpose in my life anymore. His customer service was top tier. Definitely 10/10 recommend. They have good selection of jewelry and reasonable prices. Lucy was so patient in helping me. I got 1 earring for my daughter and 1 for me. So happy for this visit.
