I chose Gems N' Loans in Temecula because of the positive reviews. I had a great experience doing business with Rocio and Tony. Rocio was very professional, treated me very nice, respectfully and she was always smiling. Tony is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to consult with a colleague who could answer a few questions for me. He recommended an alternative location for services they don't normally provide.
