Geno Coelho has consistently impressed me since I started seeing her several years ago. She listens to my descriptions of symptoms, picking up on details other doctors have dismissed as unimportant; recently her perseverance resulted in an MRI showing brain issues that require follow-up. Gena *will* pursue your problems until an explanation emerges. Only then can treatment succeed. Her positive attitude makes the entire experience not just bearable but enjoyable.
Gena is exceptional and words are difficult to give proper credit. She is superb in explaining everything at issue to you in simple not metaphifisical terms. Also she shows you her individual sincerity by actually remembering you from previous appointments making you feel more individual than just a number in line (Next) . Add she knows what she's doing. It would be exceptionally difficult to not be happy or satisfied with her care.
Gena is great. Spends time to address your concerns. Works with you to make sure your getting the best care. Responds quickly to questions posed on the app.
Gena is a wonderful member of your staf. Competent, thorough and enjoyable to spend time with talking about my issues as well as other things of mutual internet.
