Hello, I am writing this to advise that Dr. Wiggs wouldn’t see me via telemedicine because of his in-person policy regarding initial visits. This was not communicated to me when I made the initial appointment. I requested a telehealth appointment, was told I would be booked a telehealth appointment, and then proceeded to wait for a provider who was late to the appointment and refused to see me. I only received an text @2:40pm about my appointment and how I will be emailed instructions on how to join the meeting. He never showed up. I will never book another appointment with this facility. His ethics is 0
Dr Gene Wiggs - if I could leave zero, I would. He was late to my virtual health appointment and didn’t look at my history or do anything prior to the appointment, canceled the appointment because he didn’t do his job, and I reminded him that I transferred from a different Lifestance office. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Do better.
This is the absolute worst psychiatrist I’ve ever seen in my life. I waited in my virtual waiting room for close to 40 minutes for him to spend about five minutes with me and acted like I was bothering him the entire time.Never again!
Doctor Wiggs seemed very impersonal, and kept interrupting me as I was trying to give him the information he was asking for. This was my first experience seeing a psychiatrist so maybe this is just how they are but I felt like he was more interested in getting off the call than in helping me. He said he already had a plan for me but we were like 10 minutes into the call and he was still mostly gathering information so that seemed strange to me . I will need to seek tx elsewhere as this was really not a very helpful visit.
