Fast, reliable, direct (having needed parts) is laughable in Arizona. We have had our grill/fryer serviced a few times now and it has been extremely frustrating with timing, thoroughness, competency and communication from leadership/scheduling. We will be seeking service from another source from here on out. Our restaurant team is frustrated, and we've lost significant business due to the service provided.
