This company was supposed to handle a warranty install of an oven for my business. They offer a pre inspection of the space to verify electrical and water hookups for the oven. This was a fee I didnt want to take on having just paid to install water and electrical for the oven. When they arrived at the space the two techs complained about not having a pre inspection report done despite everything in its place. They charged me $1,000 to move an oven 6 seemingly out of spite for not paying them to do the inspection.
