I recently had Derrick from Generator Supercenter of Northern Virginia out to my home for the annual maintenance on my generator. I cannot recommend him or the company highly enough. Derrick's service was absolutely outstanding. While he efficiently completed all the necessary routine maintenance, what truly set him apart was his incredible initiative and customer care. Fantastic experience dealing with the Super Center. Quote 30 Dec 24, I took well over 2 weeks to make the decision on the quote, signing on 22 Jan 25 expecting to wait a couple weeks for permitting and then schedule install. We must have hit the timing sweet spot because the permits were pulled in 2 days, complete generator install on 30 Jan with final inspection on 7 Feb. I'm 100% available which helps. Very good experience with this group. The salesman was attentive and sent a detailed quote, along with a number of discounts. The timeline and expectations were clear, and they were able to move me up in the queue a few months. The installation process itself was great. Kenny and Willy were great and took my concerns into consideration with what was a very complicated installation. The staff --the 2 individuals who installed the electrical connections and generator were exceptional in all respects: courtesy, professional knowledge, work ethic and diligence. it was pleasure having them do the installation. Same was true of Derek who did the plumbing install.

The TEAM that installed my generator were nothing short of Professionals! It took a little longer than anticipated but it still all worked out in the end.
