I'm very disappointed in this business. Not only is the flooring they sold us defective (not their fault) but now the manufacturer is claiming bankruptcy, Gene's customer service is lacking. It's very difficult to get return phone calls. I have chased after them for months to get assistance with the defective flooring and then the bankruptcy claims process they offered to help submit.
