Kevin with Gene's flooring is the best! We had an issue with our floor buckling due to a defect. Gene's filed the claim for us and Kevin was able to get the issue resolved. He fought for our flooring to be replaced, the manufacturing company was only going to cover replacement at 50% but he was able to get them to replace at 100%. Thank you, Kevin! We are very happy!
Our Salesperson was Daphane at the Pensacola store and she was great. Got us set up with our wood flooring and carpet at a very good price. On install was even better. We had Clarence Randall (Randy) and he as great. He leveled our floor and installed the new wood with the greatest attention to detail on everything. Same with the carpet install...perfect. Randy's carpet install was so good we decided to call Daphane back and add two more rooms. No issues at all with purchase price, furniture moving, or install.

Very bad and unprofessional services. They choose customers who they want to serve instead of letting customers choose them. Do not come to this location: 4021 w navy Blvd, Pensacola, you will be disappointed.
