These guys have been great! Girls, if you are struggling to find a quality mechanic that you can trust come to Genesis! They are really good with explaining what is happening and will not take advantage. DO NOT TRUST GENESIS AUTO REPAIR – DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience with Genesis Auto Repair has been nothing short of a nightmare. I brought my 2013 Dodge Challenger in for a check engine light, and they misdiagnosed the issue, botched the repair, and ultimately caused more damage to my vehicle—all while lying to me and demanding more money. Heard Genesis was a place you can trust - even women - and I heard correctly. Dropped my car off to be fixed. After I got it back, my car broke down while I was driving. I called Genesis and they towed my car, found the mistake, owned up to it, and fixed it. No hassle, no questioning, no extra fees. Mistakes happen and when they do, this company has your back. They made it right and made sure it was a painless process - I’ll definitely continue giving them my business.
Had my vehicle for over a year. Then while my vehicle was there, it was damaged on their property. They then did not want to fix it until I complained. Overall, horrible experience & customer service. Save your coins and take your business elsewhere.
