When my SUV died, I had it towed to Genesis. They were very curious and provided excellent customer service. The quote wasn’t what I needed it to be, but the advice was solid. #1 Customer Service I have referred this place to my friends and when it is time to get my “New Vehicle “ serviced, I will definitely be taking it to Genesis 🥰
This place is great. They’re nice and clean. They’re quick efficient honest they made sure to retest my car several times he lowered the price when there was something he didn’t need to do. I will definitely go back there!
I took my car here for a coolant leak. After missing three days of work and $1000, I got my car back and found that the gear selector (I drive a manual) doesn't hold well in the even gears; 2, 4, and 6. I have to keep my hand on gear 4 because it'll just drop and grind the gear. This wasn't an issue before I brought my car here. I dread the idea of taking it back to miss another three days and another $1000 for something they messed up. I would be open to discussing options with this mechanic on getting it fixed. The folks working here were unbelievably nice to me. I needed to have a taillight replaced and had gone to an auto store to buy a bulb. It turns out that I had been sold the wrong type bulb. Genesis provided the correct bulb, put it in, and then didn't charge me anything! I am now a Genesis customer for life. Thanks, guys!
