Initial install of both carpets was fine. Upstairs carpet had a run in it. This was a style of carpet that wasn't suppose to do that. Stopped in let them know and he said their carpet layer was on vacation well get a hold of ya by next Monday. Next Friday comes around and he says again he will call. This went on for 2 months until I finally got frustrated and the owner got an attitude with me when I mentioned calling the BBB on him and what was so difficult about a phone call and appointment to just look at the carpet to see... read more
