They'll charge you and/or your insurance for a lot of imaging without ever doing any actual mouth work, wasting a lot of time and appointments. Doctor hides behind his clueless young female dental assistants often refusing to so much as step in the room. Trust me, look elsewhere.

My first visit to Gentle Care Dentistry for exam and xrays. I have never had such a thorough dental exam or met a nicer group of people. The staff explained everything they were doing and Dr. Hales is wonderful. Had my first cleaning. Totally awesome. No pain or discomfort. Five stars

I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to dental appointments-I cry before I am even seen by the dentist! The staff here is AMAZING and help me feel calm and less like a crazy person! Cyndi is awesome and does great work cleaning teeth. She talks me through exactly what she is doing and that helps so much! Dr. Hales and his staff are very kind and courteous, and are very thorough. I’ve been going to Dr. Hales since 2011. He has always done amazing dental work for me, and let me tell you…I have had a lot done, from root canals, implants, you name it I’ve got it. All procedures were done without complications, and if I ever had a worry his staff was always on hand to assist. They have no issue in referring to someone else if needed. His dental advice has saved me from spending more in the long run as well.Highly recommend.

I had a dental emergency and this was the first time that I went to see Dr. Kent Hales. I walked into his office to see when I could schedule an appointment. They were willing to get me in immediately! I wasn’t expecting to get in that fast. I filled out the new patient paperwork and within an hour I received excellent dental care and was on my way back home! Dr. Hales did a fantastic job and I am going to have him do some more dental work. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an incredible dentist!
