Great dental office. Mellow vibes, calm, compassionate care. Scheduling can be a bit difficult, and canceled appointments have resulted in very long waits, but with a dental office, quality matters and for people who want genuinely good care, this is a great dental office. They said they wouldn't be able to fix a tooth that has been bothering me for a decade and sent me home with instructions to care for it. After 3 months, they shrugged and said "why not?" - Still waiting to be seen for a cleaning appointment despite waiting for close to a year. Two previous appointments have been cancelled or changed without notice from this branch. When I call during normal business hours, often there is no answer. - To the corporate person that will respond to this: I already reached out to that phone number you provided. This situation has not improved and my written messages to gentle dental corporate have not been answered. I am waiting for communication so we can resolve this issue.
Ginny the office manager is a pleasure. She will work to get you appointments as soon as possible thru the cancellation list. And, the dental assistants are so kind and funny. The main dentist there is competent and caring. Overall, this Gentle Dental is a great service provider.
This is a terrible place. They didn't explain anything to me. The doctor speaks in strange slang. As it turned out later, they wanted to remove three of my teeth instead of one. This tooth was not included in those three. The receptionist was not friendly, as it turned out later, she wanted to have a hearty lunch, and not serve me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Unless of course you feel sorry for your teeth.
Being as my teeth are HAMMERED from 15 yrs of heavy drug use and I hadn't Been to the dentist since I was a kid, I was hella nervous about the whole situation going into it... Now that I hav left that life behind repairing the damage I've done to my body over those years is definitely Been some work , the people at gentle dental Ashland have made my experience so much easier... Answering all my questions and just making me feel comfortable with the situation.... So thank u !
