- Still waiting to be seen for a cleaning appointment despite waiting for close to a year. Two previous appointments have been cancelled or changed without notice from this branch. When I call during normal business hours, often there is no answer. - To the corporate person that will respond to this: I already reached out to that phone number you provided. This situation has not improved and my written messages to gentle dental corporate have not been answered. I am waiting for communication so we can resolve this issue.
The hygienist was pleasant. She did a good job getting my teeth nice n clean without torturing me 😊..she even offered to use this little pillow thing to put in after she asked how i was doing and i said my jaw was getting sore. Very helpful!
This is a terrible place. They didn't explain anything to me. The doctor speaks in strange slang. As it turned out later, they wanted to remove three of my teeth instead of one. This tooth was not included in those three. The receptionist was not friendly, as it turned out later, she wanted to have a hearty lunch, and not serve me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Unless of course you feel sorry for your teeth.
I wanted to check these guys out because my previous dentist kept cancelling my cleaning appointments. These folks are wonderful! So nice and professional and they got my appointments scheduled right away. My intake and cleaning appointments were both made only one and two weeks out from my initial call. So impressed:) They have already set me up with a cleaning schedule and I have complete confidence in this office. So happy that I gave them a try and I highly recommend you do the same!
They are amazing. So busy, and it takes a while to get in like everywhere else that takes OHP/uninsured people, but they do great work, explain everything and they handle my extremely dental phobic teen daughter with the exact amount of patience and force to validate her concerns, but also just get the job done. It’s honestly impressive, my daughter is really a lot for most medical professionals. We have had multiple dentists fire us in her life.
