I recently visited Gentle Dental and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and professional. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Claire was thorough and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood my treatment options. The hygienist was gentle and made the cleaning process painless. I highly recommend Gentle Dental for their outstanding service and care.
Do not waste your time going to this horrible place. We went there for orthodontist. They said that their Manager will call and discuss about the procedure and cost of the procedure. This is the 3rd week waiting no one called. We also attempted to make an appointment for my son. They have us an appointment but cancelled the appointment right before appointment time after we took a day off and drove there. The rude lady who talked with us, said that the appointment was mad by their call centre and they are not aware of it. ... read more
My daughter is non-verbal and has developmental delays. Dr. Claire and her dental assistant Tessa handled her with patience and kindness. The office staff are very helpful and accommodating. They all did a superb job handling a person with disability. I am very thankful, pleased and would strongly recommend the Gentle Dental Team.
The staff is always so welcoming. My children get seen promptly and the Doctor is amazing with them. He takes time to explain what he is doing and is very gentle. We have never had a bad experience here.
Very quick on getting me an appointment when I broke my crown. They were able to file it down so I didn't have the sharp edges and will give me a quote for a replacement. No hard sales pitch to replace the crown, which I truly appreciate. They were there to help me with my needs and not worry about making a fast buck. Very hard to find that helpfulness and honesty anymore.
