My 7 year old has been traumatized from bad experience after bad experience at the dentist, it took me a while to find gentle dental but I am SO thankful that I did. She had her first appointment there today, and they exceeded my expectations. The assistants, staff & dentist were all amazing and so kind and patient with my daughter. I highly recommend taking your child here!
I wish I could give more stars. I had to get extractions and I was scared to death but I needn't have worried. I didn't feel a thing! The dentists manner calms you and put you at ease. Now my two grandchildren go there as well as my daughter. Absolutely exceptional dentists, outstanding hygienist and wonderful staff. This place is a true gem. It really is more than a dental office. You become part of the Gentle Dental family.
Our Family loved the service at Gentle Dental. Everyone was so open an friendly. Our 7 yr old had no complaints, she was able to recieve her x-rays and cleaning with a smile! Thanks to our dentist Ms.Valderrama.
They accommodated my self and my family having 4 appointments in 1 day and adjusting as they went along (with reasonable means). They made the process so easy and flowed so well. The staff was amazing and outstanding!
I usually have a great review for you guys. But yesterday you had me come in and then told me you couldn't see me or do anything for me because it was lunch time and it took you 3 months to call me back. So not happy at this point. We'll see what happens when I come back on the seventh and See how it goes
