BLUF: Significant waste of time and travel 🫤. Poor customer service, left after waiting for an hour in plain view of the staff, without receiving treatment. From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly and welcoming. I was brought back almost immediately, with very little wait time. The RDA was knowledgeable and kind and the Dr was amazing. The place was clean and organized. I've established this as my new office! Great experience!
My experience today was very good. Everyone there including Dentists,Dental Assistants, Billing department, and front desk receptionist are so friendly and supportive. Very family orientated and explain all the procedures, costs, and after care thourally. I am pleased with their care and services, wonderful team. Thank you so much!
It's been 8 years since I've been to a dentist. I was very nervous about this "New Patient" appointment. But to my disbelief this was the best visit I have ever had to a dentist. I was treat with "The White Glove Treatment "excellence. The dentist was gentle, friendly, professional, truly skilled and confident. The assistant was all of the above. I wish I could give more stars. I had to get extractions and I was scared to death but I needn't have worried. I didn't feel a thing! The dentists manner calms you and put you at ease. Now my two grandchildren go there as well as my daughter. Absolutely exceptional dentists, outstanding hygienist and wonderful staff. This place is a true gem. It really is more than a dental office. You become part of the Gentle Dental family.
