I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. From the receptionist to the X-ray technician explaining everything she did before she does it. It made me feel at ease being informed. The doctor was very thorough going through the X-rays and explaining everything we needed to work on . Great office with everyone in it. Definitely recommend 👌👌👌
I have never given a review on Google before, but this Gentle Dental is soooo good it made me went out of my way to do this. 2 words : The best. Everyone there is so nice, they served their clients with smile. The doctor (Valderrama), the tech (Camille) are particularly nice. I felt so taken care of here! I came from All Care Family Dental in Pittsburg and they were telling me i needed root canals while not evening looking at my mouth. I went Gentle Dental and the dentist was so nice, informative and helpful. He made me feel comfortable right away and was HONEST about his findings. I had a great experience there. The staff was very friendly. The Dentist is very clean. They have a warm feeling to make you ease up. The doctor takes time out to explain of what he’s gonna do to you overall it’s a 10 star!
I had another great experience with Gentle Dental yesterday. I had my front tooth extracted by Dr. V. easy and painless. I then had a bone graft and stitches and then had my temporary fitted. A little sore that night but today no pain at all. Thank you Dr. V!! I also would like to do a shout out to Vicky who works the intake and exit reception.
