Great dental group in Norco. Easy to schedule appointments. Very cordial and knowledgeable staff. Front desk ladies absolutely friendly and smiling the moment you walk in. Dr Aljbara very clear explaining treatments and options to make sure you choose what it’s best for you. Very pleased and happy that I am a new patient of theirs.
Don’t go to this location. I was being charged for a covered benefit. Alexis insisted that I had to get deep cleaning because the hygienist would not see me if I didn’t. They were using the code that’s a covered benefit and used the word laser but with the covered code. Delta Care stated that Gental Dental is known for all their extra fees to their insureds. Switched back to Dental Associates of Corona.
Clean modern office ,and great staff, the dentist is super friendly and knowledgeable l recommend this office . Update – 2/11/25 Today, my son went in for a deep cleaning, and the hygienist recommended a laser treatment. He wasn’t fully informed about why it was necessary but agreed to it. However, they only did half of his mouth, stating that “insurance requirements” meant the other half would have to be done at a separate appointment. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I started care in Corona, right before they closed. That dentist was so rude. Spent all but 90 seconds with me. I told him my concerns and why I was there and he pushed me off to the hygienist. I saw the hygienist twice and never was periodontal care spoken of. Just need some cleanings. *****Edit-update****** After having work done here and at a periodontist office they sent me to, they charged me out of pocket for items covered by my insurance. They also coded one of the items improperly so it was denied by the insurance. When I contacted the insurance they fixed it and submitted payment, but it went to Gentle Dental. I’d already paid Gentle dental for this and other items that the insurance paid them.
