I've been coming here for years. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've trusted my care to this doc and even after one opened closer to my house, I keep going back to Wood Village. Only issue in the past with Gentle dental is trying to get billing between offices to line up without patient intervention to fix errors. They do get resolved, it just takes quite some time and effort. Otherwise, the care here is excellent as is the staff bedside manner.
Great staff and a great experience, I was really nervous for my appointment but everyone made me feel welcome and was super non judgmental. Molly especially was amazing and went above and beyond.
I’m having a complete set of new teeth! Upper and lowers! Can’t wait for them to be done! Was a bit of a process for sure. They made me very comfortable with what they were doing and made it more tolerable for me.professional and kind. What a difference! So excited to smile again! Absolutely love the whole bunch here, from the lovely receptionists to the hygienist Sonny, to the Dentist. The whole place is full of smiles. They go above and beyond every visit to make the joy of dental work as easy as possible on us patients. It's super clean and I always get a how are you?. I appreciate the quotes before any work, as I personally am a budget stricter. My smile gets better every visit. No new cavities for me.
Today’s cleaning was great. The X-rays were handled quickly and painless. The dentist was polite, and the hygienist was very friendly and easy to talk to.
