As much as one can like a dental office, in this case, I do. Since removing my wisdom teeth in my 60's, and being diagnosed with gum disease, I've been seeing them 3 or 4 times a year. My oral health is improved. It doesn't matter who the hygienist or dentist is, I get the same quality care.
I'm very pleased with the care from Dr. Nicholas and his staff. I feel like my dental concerns really matter to this office and that my needs will be taken care of. Excellent Dentist, Staff, and Denal care. Definitely 5 Stars.
I am a raving fan of Dr Garrett Masuda! His professionalism comes across as kindness, genuinely compassionate and very patient. On a recent visit, I had difficulty inserting and removing a new retainer. It was quite challenging but he patiently walked me through the process several times to ensure I was comfortable with it. I felt valued as a patient. Thank you Dr Masuda!
The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Already had a few issues with them before my most recent appointment. The recent appointment I had been scheduled for 9:30am and I had gotten multiple texts reminding me about the time. I got there at 9:20 and proceeded to wait until 10:15 in the waiting room, I was understanding. I know when one appointment goes long it can throw off the rest of the appointments.
