Great office and staff. The gal who did the deep cleaning is so gentle and sweet. The Dr I saw was great. The staff was supportive and didn't make me feel awful about struggling with oral care. They just encouraged to start small because a little is better then none at all.
Best experience at a dental office that I think I have ever had. No judgements and Molly, I pray I remember this right, was a joy. She made me feel more comfortable than I have ever. I have quite a few issues that need attention and she just made me feel calm and comfortable. I can not recommend this office enough!
It was a surprisingly great visit! I was so anxious about my toothache & the hygienist immediately put me at ease. She joked around & made me feel so much better. They were able to schedule a follow up appointment within the week to extract the problem wisdom tooth! 10/10 🦷
As much as one can like a dental office, in this case, I do. Since removing my wisdom teeth in my 60's, and being diagnosed with gum disease, I've been seeing them 3 or 4 times a year. My oral health is improved. It doesn't matter who the hygienist or dentist is, I get the same quality care.
I am a raving fan of Dr Garrett Masuda! His professionalism comes across as kindness, genuinely compassionate and very patient. On a recent visit, I had difficulty inserting and removing a new retainer. It was quite challenging but he patiently walked me through the process several times to ensure I was comfortable with it. I felt valued as a patient. Thank you Dr Masuda!
