Very happy with my experience at this location. While I believe this procedure was the right thing to do for my son, it caused a lot of anxiety for me. The staff was wonderful and helped put me at ease. Dr. Kanu completed the procedure quickly and seemingly with minimal discomfort for my son. They were then wonderful with my follow up questions via telephone and followed up quickly via email. Thank you to Gentle Procedures Clinic Kitchener!

We came to this clinic to circumsize my son and Dr.Kanu was very good and the nurse was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. They send you information about the procedure so you know what to expect and how to care for your baby. I also liked the fact that they follow up with you after to make sure everything went well and baby is doing good.

Both my sons were circumcised at this clinic, and everything went perfectly. Dr. Kanu was really gentle and prompt in addressing all our questions and concerns even by text. I 100% recommend this clinic!

The reviews are accurate. Dr Kanu and the nurse staff were very polite and professional. It only took about 15 mins for the whole procedure. My baby’s circumcision site healed so quickly and they called back to check on us. They gave us clear instructions throughout and Dr Kanu replies very quickly on email. I am 100% satisfied with the clinic and recommend this to anyone looking for a circumcision procedure for their newborn.
