We took my son here for his circumcision. Staff were very friendly and informative. The procedure was explained to us in full and any questions answered before starting. Dr Kanu was very professional and caring. I liked the fact that we had his number should an emergency arise as we are 2 hours from the clinic. Great experience! Very clear care instructions that were accessible at all times. Confident doctor and pleasant staff. The procedure was quick and minimized my son's discomfort. My son was 8 weeks old at the time of circumcision and recovered quickly with no complications. I would highly recommend this clinic.
I want to start by saying our son had a very successful and well healed procedure. Everything looks perfect and, we had zero issues medically afterwards. That being said, we had an appointment here for 11:30am. Upon arriving no staff let us know they were behind. It took another patient telling us she had already waited an hour and was yet to be seen. We had an appointment with another clinic and upon reading all the negative reviews my gut told me to cancel. I researched and found Gentle Procedures and they had many glowing reviews. I contacted them immediately and they were very quick and accommodating to get us in. The clinic is clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kanu was very professional along with his assisstant. This is our second time working with his as he circumcised our first child. The procedure was very quick and healed really well for both of our boys. I love that Dr. Kanu takes the time to check on your baby after the procedure and is available to reach easily. I would definitely recommend him!
