Dr Maranon is a magnificent Surgeon. I’ve had a few surgeries at his practice by him. Every time, they have been successful. He’s kind, thoughtful, thorough, and one of the best there is. His office runs like clockwork,and the staff are all highly professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Maranon.
We met with Dr. D regarding our 5 year old and he couldn’t have been nicer or more competent. He interacted with our son in a very calm and age-appropriate way, making sure he felt comfortable and respected. He was very knowledgeable and discussed several options we could expect in the future. He was not in a rush to surgically handle the problem, which others may have unnecessarily been, and we left feeling very confident in our choice of oral surgeons. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough.
We visited Dr. Maranon’s office for my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal, and Dr. Dishakjian performed the procedure. He was absolutely fantastic! Dr. D took the time to thoroughly and patiently explain everything, which really put us at ease. His warm bedside manner made my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout the process, and he even checked in on her periodically after surgery to make sure she was recovering well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Our experience with Dr. Maranon, and his staff have been excellent. Our son, six years old, was justifiably concerned about his surgery. Dr. Maranon's office was prepared, with back up plans in place if things didn't go well. They were patient, and understanding. The surgery itself went very well, and Dr. Maranon himself called later that night to see how our son was doing. The follow through, care, and professionalism were all standouts.
I almost didn't go to Dr. Maranon because when I called them to request an appointment, they couldn't quote me over the phone. Since dental work is expensive I wanted to know what price to expect before paying for a consultation fee - so I made an appointment with someone else who came highly recommended by my regular dentist - That surgeon scheduled me for surgery months out, then cancelled my case 2 weeks before it was to be performed because it was a complicated case and referred me to Dr. Maranon!
