Dr. Card has been taking care of my allergies for years with very good success. This appointment was for my annual evaluation. Always easy to schedule an appointment and convenient to my home. I was even able to get my flu shot at the same time. Always pleased.
My daughter went to Dr. Card after I selected him based on his good reviews. My daughter is 20, but still needs parental guidance on these type of issues. She felt he was dismissive of her ongoing illnesses and history of tonsillitis. I feel they could have requested her medical information from her PCP to review. Then, he could have made an educated medical decision on next steps based on her medical history. I took my wife to see Dr. Card yesterday. Although I did not sit in on their appointment, my wife could not stop talking about how much she liked Dr. Card, that he was the first doctor in a long time that genuinely seemed to care what she had to say, seemed to actually listen to her and asked questions based on what she was telling him and truly seemed to care about her well being. Dr.Card is awesome!!! He took his time with me and discussed all my health issues.. He was truly concerned with my sinus/hearing issues. He has helped me tremendously. I felt relief immediately. Thank you Dr.Card. The office staff were also very professional and extremely kind.
Dr Card is a phenomenal doctor. He is gentle and I rarely feel him when removing wax from my ear canal. The front office help are not so friendly or helpful. I have had issues several times with the amount I am to pay. This time they charged double the co-pay and applied a credit from my account (where they overcharged my co-pay on a previous visit). When I questioned the co-pay amount as being double, they said it is what it is. They did offer to apply the credit on my account toward the double charge. I paid. When... read more
