I like the fact that they explained everything clearly and professionally. They were friendly and more than willing to explain anything I asked. The process is long so their explanations made it a lot less stressful, hope they are all recognized for their great job.
The process was simple and painless. George was informative and ensured we knew every step that followed was expected and nothing was a surprise.
I asked that the escrow be refunded to me. Upon final review before the notary I was told that it was not to be refunded and if I did get it refunded I would have to bring the same amount to closing. This effectively increased my loan be over $4k. If I had not been so far into the process I would have canceled.
Well, and it’s not George’s fault,do to the Covid-19 thing and it’s really all companies you can’t talk to anyone, right away. You have to leave a message and wait for an answer or call back, which is a pain because just like whoever you call You have other things you have to do or go and most of the time you either don’t get called right back or not at all till the next day or you miss the call back. I kinda understand the situation/problem but still I think it’s bad way of having to business

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Even with some unexpected delays due to volume, it was a smooth process from start to finish.
Better communication from loan officer. Donl't make promises you can't keep. Don't say things about loan costs and out of pocket charges and then not commit to them. When a customer calls you, texts you and emails you with request for information, call the customer back. Don't have multiple people call the customer to set up a closing date when the customer hasn't even seen the fact sheet on his loan. All in all, the end result was great. It was just a bit messy getting there.
