I had an excellent experience. Dr Edwards listened to my health concerns, reviewed my past history, and gave me a workable treatment plan. The staff was also professional, efficient, and friendly.
Reception friendly and found me instantly. No wait. Dr prepared to discuss issues and status. Good to record voices so Dr Chekuri and I could make eye contact while talk8ng. She smiled as if she were enjoying the contact. Overall, it was as usual a great experience.
I was pretty excited to meet the doc my husband really likes, but the form they have you sign beforehand says, "I consent to the presence of third parties during my care... This may include representatives of vendors." NOw I am not as excited.
Dr Gaines and his staff were always a pleasure, and I feel well taken care of! Always an awesome experience to go to their office!
I was feeling very sick and Dr Edwards and her care team were able to fit me in. I am so thankful for Dr Edwards!
