Reception friendly and found me instantly. No wait. Dr prepared to discuss issues and status. Good to record voices so Dr Chekuri and I could make eye contact while talk8ng. She smiled as if she were enjoying the contact. Overall, it was as usual a great experience.
Dr Gaines and his staff were always a pleasure, and I feel well taken care of! Always an awesome experience to go to their office!
I was pretty excited to meet the doc my husband really likes, but the form they have you sign beforehand says, "I consent to the presence of third parties during my care... This may include representatives of vendors." NOw I am not as excited.
As usual I was treated respectfully by Dr. Gaines and his professional staff. I have been a patient for almost 20 years and will continue to recommend this practice.
I called to make an appt with this clinic in May or June. I had to get an appt all the way out in Sept. They told me that they accepted my insurance. A day ago, I spoke with my insurance company to let them know that I had a new doctor and that I needed a new ID card. They informed me that they are out-of-network.
