The NP I saw was Meghan. She was a delightful informant person. I felt really comfortable with her from the moment she walked in the door. She radiated friendliness and knowledge when she spoke. I go to several Drs for several different issues and from this first visit with her she is close to the best I have ever met. This is all from one visit so she really made a profound impact from the start. Dr Townsend is lucky to have her .
Everyone from check in to check out was so nice and helpful. They treat you as a person not a patient. On this occasion I needed to get a test synchronized with Dr. Woodall's schedule and the scheduler made a special effort to get that done. Overall a positive experience.
I’ve been seeing this practice since 2023, started off with Dr.Cuff who I love so so much, when I would see him he made me feel so comfortable and like family, I call him the grandpa I never had! He is amazing, I then had to have surgery and was transferred to Dr.Barns, he is very open to answering all questions and helping me in so many ways or gave me the best options to choice from in my backs conditions, I’m now on my second surgery and will not ever let anyone else touch my spine but this office and particularly Dr.Barn... read more
Deana greeted me with a smile and handled my check in seamlessly. Alex was amazing! He explained everything in easy to understand detail and made me feel much more comfortable about my upcoming procedure!
Very friendly staff! Cassie is the sweetest nurse ever and Mr. Alex is amazing and has wonderful bedside manner!! I’m so thankful for their care and compassion! I couldn’t ask for a better team of healthcare during this time!
